Easy Open Range Installing Programming Managed System MediLoc Award Winner
The EAS999 system is intended for use in situations needing installation convenience, and where individual doors or cabinets need added security coupled with ease of use. A kit can be fitted easily. Each door controller is then set to recognise a number of TinyTags. TinyTags can be authorised in as many door controllers as you like. This would allow the same tag to unlock the front door, back door and office door - which could be in a different building- for example.

Products available are EAS999, EAS999K, EAS999_MAG, each supplied with 3 TinyTags and a Master. Additional TinyTags can be ordered separately. Details below :-

EAM232A- PC Connection module (RS 232 Adapter)

This module is required to convert
the EAS999 system into the "Managed System"
and enables a link between the door controller and a PC computer. Using
this module and the software supplied significantly increases the features
and benefits of having the EAS999 system fitted. The EAM232A unit comprises :-

| Connection to a PC | The EAM232A can be connected to a PC using the serial cable provided. One end of the cable is fitted with a 3.5mm jack plug, which should be pushed into the socket on the EAM232A, and the other end is fitted with a 9-way D-type socket, which should be pushed into a free COM port on the PC. Alternatively, a hardwired connection can be made to the screw terminals on the EAM232A adapter. |
Auxiliary Reader (EAS-AUXANT) for EasyOpen

To programme
the EasyOpen unit it is necessary to present TinyTags to the reader
and look at the display on the front of EasyOpen simultaneously. With
some installations this is difficult or impossible. Coastform systems
have recognised this problem and designed a simple low cost solution. |
