Easy Open Range Installing Programming Managed System MediLoc Award Winner
EasyOpen uses RFID, a non-contact proximity technology to authorise access to doors, windows, cabinets, enclosures, safes, etc. The system has been designed to replace conventional locks and swipe card systems, EasyOpen uses TinyTags (electronic keys) to replace the conventional keys and swipe cards of such systems. Simply holding an authorised TinyTag in the proximity of the reader is all that is necessary to gain access. There are no external components to jam, or be vandalised, or attract unwanted attention.

The picture shows the basic elements of the EasyOpen system. It comprises basically of a TinyTag, RFID reader mounted on the outside wall and the electronic unit mounted on the inside wall. Electrical wiring between them is simple and straightforward. |
An electro-mechanical strike (which can be supplied if required) is released when actuated by EasyOpen, allowing the door to be pushed open for a timed period.
