Doors are added automatically as soon as Access Manager detects that a new door controller has been added.
When using the managed system the software will first ask you to scan in the Master Tag for that door controller. This is for security reasons.
When using the networked system each controller will be automatically assigned one door, corresponding to the first relay output. !U! You can add more doors to a controller (up to four) by selecting the controller in the left-hand pane and selecting from the menu (or use the equivalent button on the toolbar). If there are more doors displayed than exist for a controller, you can delete doors too.
Each door is given default settings which you will probably want to edit.
On detecting a managed door controller, Access Manager will compare the list of authorised tags held in the controller with its own list of authorised tags. For every tag not found in its own list it will add a new Ordinary User and grant that user access rights to the door. However, the door controllers only know about tags, not the people who use them, so you will have to associate the tags with users and edit the user details yourself.
